Library Card
To apply for a library card, adults must complete the application form and provide proof of identification in the form of a photo I.D. and proof of current address. If current address is not on photo I.D., other documents may be required, such as utility bill, imprinted address on checks, property tax statement, canceled mail postmarked within the last two weeks, rental agreement or lease, etc.
Children may get a library card after they have completed the second grade. An application form must be completed, and signed by a parent or legal guardian who has a current library card; if a parent/guardian does not have a library card, they must provide proof of current address as listed above.
